Since I’ve been on evrysi , I do not have twitches anymore. But everyone’s different so the choice is try them both with using a notepad to document when you do twitch

I notice near time for next spinraza twitching returns, especially if I skip a treatment where 8 months in between.

Hi, 66 yo old male, sma 3. It is normal. Are you receiving spinraza or other treatment. They could reduce this. Cheers, Fred
