1. Listen to your body...when you have energy, do as much as you can while you can.
2. Prepare for future. This means understanding how laws, savings and the political environment effects things you will need in future to survive. Attendant care is super expensive...you may need to rethink work plans to access needed services. There are multi year waiting list...so prepare now.
3. Necessity is the mother of invention. Start to think like McGuiver. Look at your surroundings when face obstacles and look for ways to use what can find to do what need to do. Think of it as a really annoying game.
4. Prepare for the worse, hope for the best.

Never give up. Do everything at your pace everyday. Stay active as much as you can. Invent shortcuts for certain things to get them done. Be greatful n happy
