I need help transferring to bed, to the bathroom, and then help with shoes and socks. I am just unsure how to navigate my desire to move out of the home and attempt an independent life.

Hi Christopher, finding a person to help with our everyday challenges, dressing, undressing, using the toilet, showering...could be a life partner via relationship or from a paid caregiver. Me? I had life partner, now an x after 21 years but had already obtained a paid caregiver.
What I realized back in 2001 that having a paid caregiver in US with my future budget and given lack of assistance in US, I moved to Colombia South America. Here I can on my budget afford daily caregiver, around 12-15 USD a day (6am to about 11am)...at night I have Colombian girlfriend who assists me to bed. Moving to S. America may seem drastic, but desperate times call for drastic measures. If you or anyone needs information on how to accomplish this, I live in Medellin, message me.
