I basically am a high-protein vegetable fruit person. However, it does not mean that I lose weight. Everyone’s. metabolism is different.

I watch my weight, do what I burn calories. I am non ambulatory so I don't need as many calories. I plan to meet with nutritionist in near future to build plan that works best for me.
