Have you noticed any differences when taking them or missing a dose?
I take 1000 iu of Vitamin D per day, as well as B12 & iron because my levels were found low in my bloodwork. I also take cranberry pills to avoid UTI's.
I take a multivitamin and supplemental iron. My vitamin D levels were low at my last visit, so I've added 5000 iu per day. My doctor recommend 3500 iu, but I can't find that precise dosage. I do notice a difference if I've missed them for several days.
I take a Multi Vit, Calcium and Vit D. I take the Calcium for My Bone's and the Vit D and Multi Vit for my Immune System and overall health.
I currently take two chewable women's health multivitamin gummies, AZO gummies, and a Viavtiv Vit D with calcium chew. Mainly I do the vitamin/vit D chews to keep my bloodwork good and the AZO I am taking to avoid UTIs!
