I get outside or listen to fun music when I’m feeling down. It seems to help.

I have had a lot of experience with this lately. First if possible, get as far from phones as possible. I Hate phones...they are wireless stress boxes that reach out to attack. Not always posdible, I know as am using phone now...but if can, go for a long ride. Anything in nature is rejuvenating as long as phones are not around. Create....create anything. Making something like art or music or writting or inventions brings meaning to the chaos of life. Find a meditation spot...someplace away from phones and people.
