I generally push myself as much as i can, but that doesnt mean not taking breaks. I take frequent small breaks to recharge. Getting outside, taking a long ride is a huge help. I am a little lucky in that i generally use my energy on creative things love doing. Task and stresses of things i hate doing, dealing with negative people is super draining. I find my energy levels is best alone...so i spend much of my time in my own little world. I am a bit too sensitive with emotions...so i find people exhausting. Is like i absorb their problems just being in same room...and am barely dealing with my own...is overwelming.
