Has Anyone Tried Electrical Stimulation? (E Stim)
If you have I’m looking to know what settings you used on the device.
Yes I love it! I bought a device so I can do it at home. It helps with a lot with the cramping I get in my legs.
I tried it a long time ago in PT. I’m thinking about trying it again but I would probably ask my PT about settings. It’s usually up to how much you can handle without being too uncomfortable. I would assume you start out low and work up to the maximum you can tolerate.
Where are you looking place these e stim probes?
