What Advice Are You Grateful To Share With Others About SMA?
I’m happy to share that over the years, I’ve learned just how strong I am despite SMA. I’ve learned to focus of the rising rather than the falling.
Way to make a negative into a positive! You got this!!♥️
Try taking it one day at a time. And remember, SMA doesn't define the person you are!
My advice is to try to see what every challenge in life is trying to teach you. Don't worry about what others think. Be patient with yourself. Don't worry about those things you cannot change but focus upon what you can. Everyone has a purpose. Some people's purpose is to show what not to be. Fight with every ounce of energy you have...and when out of energy...dig down and fight some more.
You’re right it’s better to focus on the positive than the negative.
