I am looking for some suggestions for direction
When reaching out to them, they advised me there was nothing they could do about my broken wheelchair. The parts have been discontinued and are unable to be obtained. The people in US, my country, should be ashamed how they treat disabled people.
NuMotion has been my unable to fix my new wheelchair to fit me properly. I’m paying out of pocket for repairs on my old chair. I’m calling my state representative and Medicare. I don’t know what’s going to happen. I have a 65k wheelchair in my living room that never gets used!

Oh my god this is so unethical and predatory. Have you considered contacting a state representative? I feel like legislation is the only way forward with these kinds of practices.
I'm going to let them know I know because they knew all along and just wanted the insurance payday
