So true John. If i overdo it i am suffering for days. My chances of falling are increased as well i have experienced.

Hi Sue, yes tiring easily is I believe due in part to SMA, the other relevant factor I've been told is just aging! Now into my 70's I'm really starting to believe it! Seriously though, I think doing just what's comfortable for you whether it's for a longer or shorter period is where we should live and not push ourselves or be pushed sometimes by the well meaning people in our lives to do more than we ought or for longer. I don't know about anyone else but if I do that I struggle for days afterwards, which incidentally proves nothing really in the bigger scheme of things except to remind me not to be so dumb!!! Take care of yourself. J

Get PT, it works wonders for energy, if we just sit, we like anyone lose muscle and feel low. 💪

Thanks Fred. I do go for a walk 5 minutes around the house if my energy levels feel good. I like to cook our meals and that makes me overtired. I just rest a lot, sitting and reading as i expect is normal for us all.
