My breathing improves without the humidity but my feet, legs, and hands become frozen quickly and makes it hard to function. Space heaters and heated blankets are a life saver!

Totally agree there is a direct correlation between sma and temperature, I spent many years working predominantly outside and as my condition got worse I was not good, madam a change working in a bakery, have never fallen at work since, feeling stronger at work, able to combat fatigue better, whole mood more proactive

When it is cold outside. My overall mood changes. It takes all my effort to get what I need to do done. The bulkiness of winter clothing is irritating to me. I need to have a winter home in the Caribbean!!!!
