Pasta is by far my favourite as its easy to chew. I often like to make chickpea, black bean or quinoa pasta for extra protein.
Morning: Coffee, toasted sprouted bread w/peanut butter and a banana.
Lunch: protein shake
Dinner: whatever the family is having. I like pasta salad and gyro’s.
I’m very careful with my diet. It’s too easy to gain weight when it’s so difficult to exercise (that is a different topic altogether).
