Pasta is by far my favourite as its easy to chew. I often like to make chickpea, black bean or quinoa pasta for extra protein.

I look for foods that fill me quickly with minimal chewing! I use protein shakes as needed!
My typical meal is usually rice and beans with some type of meat, usually chicken, because of my Hispanic culture. However, I absolutely love Italian food.
